The specific project concerns of a complex of four apartments that is formed into two independent two-storey buildings (Ground floor & First floor) with a floor area of approximately 100 sq.m. The load-bearing body of the buildings consists of a mixed system of reinforced concrete walls and frames. The foundation system consists of reinforced concrete strips. The main reason for conducting the structural assessment of the buildings is that they have been constructed as two independent buildings along their entire height, while at the respective original building permits (year 1997 and 2005) they are studied as a structurally single entity. For the adequacy check, an elastic dynamic analysis was performed, specifically the Response Time History Method (National Intervention Code, §5.6.3.3) with local factors m. The analysis and adequacy control checks of buildings A, B were carried out with the FespaR 22 v.8.3.0.16 software of the LH Software company.
