Project Description
The present study is carried out with the aim of checking the structural adequacy of a single storey building made of reinforced concrete in the context of its arrangement with Law 4495/2017. The aforementioned building is located in Lechaio, of Corinthia region. It was built without a building permit in the year 2004 and its total area is approximately 48 square meters.
The load-bearing body of the building consists of reinforced concrete frames (beams – columns), solid reinforced concrete slabs and a foundation system of reinforced concrete strips. For the structural assessment, an elastic dynamic analysis was performed, specifically the Response Time History Method (National Intervention Code, §5.6.3.3) with local factors m. Analysis was performed with FespaC and FespaR 22 v.8.3.0.16 software by LH Software.
