The building was made of reinforced concrete and includes three basements, two above-ground floors, and a mezzanine. The structural system of the building consists of frame-wall structures in both directions. Its foundation system consists of general raft slab foundation. The structural study was complemented by the dimensioning of the retaining walls for the access ramps to the basements, the structure of the underground circular ramp and the swimming pool. Additionally, the design includes metal pergolas. Analysis was performed with Fespa v. 3.1.0.46 software.
