Project Description:
The building was made of reinforced concrete and includes a basement, two above-ground floors, and a mezzanine. The load bearing system of the building consists of moment frames in both directions. The foundation is comprised of a raft foundation system (grid of strip footings), which is developed on two levels. Analysis was performed with Fespa v. 3.1.0.46 software.
