The building was made of reinforced concrete and includes two independent ground floor buildings (Building A and Building B-C). Building B-C will additionally include a swimming pool and a basement area in which the engine room of the swimming pool will be located. The load bearing system of both buildings consists of moment frames in both directions. Their foundation system consists of reinforced concrete strips. The structural study is completed with the dimensioning of the retaining wall. Analysis was performed with Fespa 22 v.8.3.0.16. software.
