Structural design of a new seven-storey residential building at the intersection of Doiranis & Lysikratous streets in Kallithea, Athens. The building has seven above-ground floors, with an area of approximately 150 m² each and an underground parking area, as well. Its structural system consists of reinforced concrete frames whereas it has a mat foundation system. The structural design analysis was carried out using the Fespa 20 v.8.1.0.22 software package.
