The hotel complex was designed as a uniform structure made of Reinforced Concrete. It includes one and two-storey buildings on various levels as well as swimming pools among them. The foundation was chosen to be a mat foundation system with split levels wherever is necessary for the bridging of the various levels and the uniform structural operation of the complex. The structural study includes the design of the rainwater tank, septic tank and underground water tank as well as the fencing. Analysis was performed with Fespa 22 v.8.3.0.16 software.
