Structural study of a new building with steel load bearing system in its superstructure and a basement made of mixed load bearing system from both reinforced concrete and structural steel. The building in its superstructure has a ground floor, an interior balcony, a first floor and a roof with a plan area of approximately 250 sq.m. The plan area of the basement is around 478 sq.m. The load bearing system of the superstructure is formed by steel main frames in the horizontal direction and frames with vertical braces in the vertical direction. Its foundation system consists of general raft slab foundation. Analysis was performed with Fespa 22 v.8.3.0.16 software.
