Structural design of a new eight-storey residential building at Endimionos No.8 street, in Palaio Faliro, Athens. The building has eight above-ground floors, with an area of approximately 100 m² each, an underground parking area and a loft. Its structural system consists of reinforced concrete frames whereas it has a mat foundation system. The structural design analysis was carried out using the Fespa 20 v.8.1.0.22 software package.
