This project was carried out into two stages :

At first, it was about the on-site investigation and mapping of the damages caused by the 19/07/2019 earthquake magnitude of 5,1R, in four buildings owned by OTE ESTATE S.A.. The deliverables of this stage included the documentation of the cracks and damages on the structural elements of the buildings, the bill of quantities referring on their repair techniques and detailed technical reports describing the general structural condition of the buildings.

The second stage was about the detailed design of the interventions needed for the repair of the aforementioned damages, including detailed documentation drawings of the pathology of the buildings, detailed technical reports and tender documents.
